At TNS Hair, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened hair products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, extensions and tools must remain in their sealed security wrapping to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TNS Hair account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
